Squeezing Success Over the Years

As we conclude another successful year, we are thrilled to pause and reminisce about the citrus-infused journey we embarked on since the inception of FreshNow in 2016.

In 2016, FreshNow was born with a powerful vision – to make the pure goodness of freshly squeezed orange juices accessible on the go, offering ease and convenience. Our journey began with a strong commitment to quality, freshness, and a resolute determination to revolutionize beverage choices.

The excitement surged as we witnessed the initial response to our first machine placed at GDFRA, Burdubai. This was a pivotal moment, sparking our enthusiasm to bring FreshNow to more locations and fill the UAE with the refreshing taste of our juices. As health-conscious individuals, we understood the need for an alternative to highly carbonated and sugary drinks in the market, as well as processed juices claiming to be sugar-free. Our machines were not just dispensers; they embodied our dedication to innovation and convenience. Customers embraced the idea of having access to freshly squeezed juice at their fingertips.

When the world faced unprecedented challenges in 2019 and 2020, FreshNow stood resilient. Adapting and learning during these trying times, we ensured that the essence of freshness in our juices was never compromised. Offering our juices at a reduced price during these challenging periods underscored our commitment to serving our customers with the best. The adversity from the challenges of COVID-19 infused new energy into our team, prompting us to transform from a family-run small unit into a global company. We reset our goals to become the Most Loved Fresh Juice Company in the world. In 2020, we introduced the World’s First Outdoor Orange Machine, and by the end of 2021, we had expanded from 12 machines to a total of 57.

In 2023, FreshNow continued its expansion, becoming a household name in new communities. Technological advancements, including enhanced payment solutions, marked our commitment to innovation and meeting customer needs. Engaging with communities through innovative games and activities at partner locations became one of our go-to market strategy. A significant highlight was our presence at EXPO 2020 Dubai, where FreshNow achieved great success. People from 193 countries sampled our juice, and their feedback, along with expressed interest in replicating our project in their respective countries, filled us with pride, showcasing our instrumental role in building an industry. As we progressed, our team expanded, and our processes became more streamlined. However, our unwavering desire to conquer the world with exceptional products and support service quality remained steadfast. The cornerstone of our journey has always been a customer-centric approach.

Looking Ahead: A Zesty Future in 2024

Countless inspiring customer testimonial stories have marked our path. For instance, a pregnant woman making a daily stop at Emirates Tower Metro Station to grab a cup of FreshNow and deliveries arranged to Dubai Airports for those facing inconveniences accessing our machines are goose bump-inducing moments. We are deeply grateful for the steadfast support and loyalty from our customers. Your love for FreshNow is the fuel that propels our passion to continually raise the bar in delivering the best orange juice experience. Our dedicated customer happiness team will continue to be available every day of the year to assist you and consistently earn your Love.

From metro, bus, tram and marine stations to government offices to shopping centers, sports centers, and hospitals, FreshNow has strategically placed machines with great support from our partners. Their belief in our project and alignment with our vision of #TogetherForAHealthyNation have been instrumental in our expansion, enabling us to reach diverse locations. With essential technological support, we were fortunate to collaborate with third-party delivery teams, fulfilling the much-awaited dream of launching on-demand delivery. Entering 2024, our enthusiasm at FreshNow is higher than ever before. We are confident that this year will propel FreshNow to new heights. With an increased number of machines, we are set to expand our horizons in the realms of On-Demand Delivery and supplying to Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), aligning with our enduring commitment to making healthy options accessible to customers. M&A will also constitute as a propeller to our growth in newer regions. Stepping in to the land of KSA in 2024 would also mark the first step in our becoming ‘Global’ Goal. The year 2024 will also establish the groundwork for our entrance into the much bigger retail industry, guided by distinctive ‘FreshNow Vision.’

Anticipating significant growth, we are allocating a substantial budget for marketing initiatives. Additionally, our planned pre-Series A fundraising campaign with the Eureeca crowdfunding platform will provide the extra fuel needed for these strategic investments. This injection of funds will empower FreshNow to reach more people, making our vision of freshness and health more accessible and impactful than ever before.

As we continue this journey, our proclamation resonates louder than ever: We are building The Most Loved Freshest Juice Company in the World. We aim to achieve this by captivating our audience with quality products and delivering exceptional service. The path ahead is illuminated by our unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
