As we conclude another successful year, we are thrilled to pause and reminisce about the citrus-infused journey we embarked on since the inception of FreshNow in 2016.
In 2016, FreshNow was born with a powerful vision – to make the pure goodness of freshly squeezed orange juices accessible on the go, offering ease and convenience. Our journey began with a strong commitment to quality, freshness, and a resolute determination to revolutionize beverage choices.
The excitement surged as we witnessed the initial response to our first machine placed at GDFRA, Burdubai. This was a pivotal moment, sparking our enthusiasm to bring FreshNow to more locations and fill the UAE with the refreshing taste of our juices. As health-conscious individuals, we understood the need for an alternative to highly carbonated and sugary drinks in the market, as well as processed juices claiming to be sugar-free. Our machines were not just dispensers; they embodied our dedication to innovation and convenience. Customers embraced the idea of having access to freshly squeezed juice at their fingertips.
When the world faced unprecedented challenges in 2019 and 2020, FreshNow stood resilient. Adapting and learning during these trying times, we ensured that the essence of freshness in our juices was never compromised. Offering our juices at a reduced price during these challenging periods underscored our commitment to serving our customers with the best. The adversity from the challenges of COVID-19 infused new energy into our team, prompting us to transform from a family-run small unit into a global company. We reset our goals to become the Most Loved Fresh Juice Company in the world. In 2020, we introduced the World’s First Outdoor Orange Machine, and by the end of 2021, we had expanded from 12 machines to a total of 57.
In 2023, FreshNow continued its expansion, becoming a household name in new communities. Technological advancements, including enhanced payment solutions, marked our commitment to innovation and meeting customer needs. Engaging with communities through innovative games and activities at partner locations became one of our go-to market strategy. A significant highlight was our presence at EXPO 2020 Dubai, where FreshNow achieved great success. People from 193 countries sampled our juice, and their feedback, along with expressed interest in replicating our project in their respective countries, filled us with pride, showcasing our instrumental role in building an industry. As we progressed, our team expanded, and our processes became more streamlined. However, our unwavering desire to conquer the world with exceptional products and support service quality remained steadfast. The cornerstone of our journey has always been a customer-centric approach.
